Re-Design Concept and Strategy

 

Re-design and concept ideas came from a variety of sketching and logo research. For this project, I wanted to illustrate the fun and western influences that are found in the Tucson area. The logo inspired the rest of the re-design for the website. 

 

In the logo, there is a drop shadow that includes wavy lines. This influenced the header and the pattern that is found on each page. The colors that I used are color dropped from the imagery. The imagery used was chosen for the complementary color scheme that displays beautiful representations of Tucson. Altogether I designed the website in a user friendly way, so that the information and navigation could be easily accessible.
