IN 2022 LAKE HOMES REALTY WENT THROUGH A REBRAND WHICH INCLUDED A NEW LOGO AND UPDATED BRAND MATERIALS
PROBLEM: Due to the old font and outdated style, it was hard to see on print collateral. Compliance states that the logo must be same size or larger than the Real Estate Agents name - this posed a problem for us. Lakehomes.com needs to be present in the logo.
SOLUTION: Choose a sans serif font that can be seen from a distance, as well creating a unique way to display the .com without having spell the website out
